‘Why were they having tea with us?’: CJP Leader Ranka questions Jitendra Singh over funding claims

CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka have hit back at Union MoS Jitendra Singh’s allegations of anti-India NGOs funding activities in the country. Calling the claims baseless, Das demanded evidence and accused the government of repeating allegations previously made by right-wing groups. Ranka questioned why government representatives had held talks and meetings with the movement if foreign funding was suspected. He also said CJP would fully cooperate with investigations into the October 13 events, asserting that displaying the national flag should not be treated as a crime.
