‘10 yrs of marriage, 12 children?’: Amit Shah's swipe at Rahul Gandhi over voter list revision

Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a sharp attack on Rahul Gandhi and the Congress over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls at the BJP's 'Loktantra Bachao, Arajakta Hatao' rally in Karnal, Haryana. Defending the voter list revision exercise, Shah cited deaths, migration and duplicate voter registrations to explain deletions from electoral rolls. He alleged that Congress was protecting infiltrators and described its campaign against SIR as an 'Infiltrator Bachao' rally. Shah also announced the BJP's resolve to identify infiltrators, remove their names from voter lists and deport them from the country.
