Sourav Joshi lives in a lavish bungalow in Haldwani with 3 kitchens, private gym, luxury car collection, gaming room, walk-in closet and terrace overlooking the hills; here’s a look inside his stunning home

One of India’s biggest YouTubers and vloggers, Sourav Joshi, recently gave Farah Khan a tour of his home during her visit. Sourav lives with his family in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

His lavish bungalow is designed to accommodate his large joint family and features a basement with a private gym and luxury car collection, multiple kitchens, a private lift, gaming room, walk-in closet and a spacious terrace offering views of the surrounding hills.

The YouTuber recently offered a glimpse of his home, showcasing its spacious interiors, modern features and several areas designed around the needs of his family.

Greenery is a prominent feature of Sourav’s current home. Landscaped outdoor spaces and plants placed around the property add a natural element to the otherwise contemporary architecture.

Double-height living room with large windows

The living room is among the most striking spaces in the bungalow. It features a neutral colour scheme, a dramatic double-height ceiling and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter.

A large wooden display unit runs along one wall and showcases a collection of decorative pieces and artefacts. Off-white sofas and indoor plants add warmth to the sophisticated interiors.

Private gym and luxury car collection

Fitness has a dedicated space in the bungalow, with a private gym located in the basement.

Sourav is also well known for his interest in automobiles, and his collection includes a Ferrari, Mahindra Thar, Mercedes-Benz G-Class and several other cars. He recently added a mustard-and-black limited Trophy Edition Defender to his collection.

Dedicated temple room

The bungalow also has a separate temple room. The space is decorated with hanging marigold flowers, adding a traditional touch to the otherwise modern home.

Three kitchens across the bungalow

One of the interesting features of Sourav’s home is the number of kitchens. The ground floor has two separate kitchen spaces, an open show kitchen and another kitchen used by the family for regular cooking.

Sourav and Avantika, who got married in November last year, live on the first floor. This level has been designed for the younger members of the Joshi family, including Sourav’s brothers and cousins, and features another kitchen for late-night meals.

With that, the bungalow has a total of three kitchens.

Gaming room and private lift

The upper level also includes a dedicated gaming room along with other spaces designed for the younger members of the family.

A private lift connects the different floors of the bungalow, making it more convenient for family members to move around the spacious property.

Smart-home features and walk-in closet

Sourav and Avantika’s first-floor living space also incorporates smart-home technology. The system allows them to control lights, fans and other electronic appliances within their living area.

The couple also showed Farah their walk-in closet, offering a glimpse of another spacious section of their private space.

Terrace overlooking the hills

The bungalow has a large terrace that serves as a space for relaxation as well as content creation. The open area offers expansive views of the surrounding landscape and hills, adding another standout feature to Sourav’s home.

Interestingly, Sourav is already working on another bungalow on a plot located across the road from his current home. The upcoming property is reportedly being planned with extensive greenery, allowing the family to retain a pleasant view from their existing residence.
