Nvidia share price rose to USD 240.25, up by 1.01 points or 0.42 per cent. Nvidia, the world's most valuable company and a bellwether for the AI trade, ticked up 0.14 per cent, rising closer to a market value of $6 trillion. AI stocks have been a huge force driving the U.S. market to records, including Nvidia’s 28.3 per cent surge so far this year. That's roughly double the broad market’s gain.

Nvidia and Broadcom are relatively insulated from a worsening US data-center power crunch, but any resultant delay in AI deployments can affect ‌makers of memory, optical and other secondary chip components, Morgan Stanley said.

The AI boom has triggered billions of dollars in data-center investment, but the vast computing and electricity needs of generative AI are increasingly running up against US power supply issues.

Morgan Stanley said it does not see the bottlenecks putting Nvidia or Broadcom's 2027 forecasts at risk, citing their visibility into chip placement, geographic expansion and coordination between data centers, semiconductor suppliers and the power supply chain.

Meanwhile, SpaceX is seeking to raise $40 billion in a financing effort led by asset manager Apollo Global Management to purchase Nvidia chips, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Investment firms Blackstone and Coatue Management are leading the round, the report said.

Lambda is aiming to go public in 2027, depending on execution and market conditions, according to a letter to the company's limited partners reviewed by the Journal.

The company's backlog of unfilled orders grew to $50 billion in September from $15 billion in June, according to the letter.
