    A 48-year-old man has been arrested in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly killing his 11-year-old twin daughters inside their apartment in a shocking early-morning incident. Police said Shashi Ranjan Mishra, a medical representative, was taken into custody from his home in Kidwai Nagar after a PCR call reported the deaths. The children were found dead inside the residence, with forensic teams later collecting evidence and sending the bodies for post-mortem.
