    Even before the official release, select industry insiders who attended a special screening in Los Angeles have shared glowing reactions. Many described the teaser as a “goosebumps-filled” experience, praising its scale, visuals, and background score.

    Trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, “#JaiShriRam… Just watched the new glimpse – #Rama – from the most-awaited epic #Ramayana, and I am mesmerised.”

    He added, “It is breathtaking, no doubt, but more importantly, the glimpse lives up to the massive, gigantic expectations.”

    ‘Not just a film, but an experience’

    Highlighting the performances and technical work, he said, “#RanbirKapoor, who portrays Lord Rama, looks exceptional – exuding grace, divinity and strength...     Ramayana Makers keep promotions minimal

    Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and backed by Namit Malhotra, the film has so far avoided overexposure. Instead, the team has released limited but impactful content, including the announcement video and Ramayana: The Introduction, which offered a brief look at the film’s scale and characters.

    The introduction clip carried the caption, "An outcome through a collaboration of some of the world’s best to ensure that Ramayana is presented with the greatest amount of Reverence and Respect. Welcome to the Beginning."

    The promotional campaign has already gone international. After an early screening in Los Angeles, the team hosted another exclusive showcase in New York, hinting at a global strategy for the film’s rollout.

    On Ram Navami, Namit Malhotra confirmed the teaser date, writing, "Shubh Rama Navami.     The film features a strong ensemble with Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Ravie Dubey as Lakshman.

    Planned as a two-part epic, Ramayana is expected to release globally, with Part 1 slated for Diwali 2026 and Part 2 for Diwali 2027.
