'Minnesota AG Ellison lied under oath': Rep. Davis 'reveals' BOMBSHELL details of MN Somali fraud

Two area legislators were among those in a Minnesota House committee on Wednesday calling for impeachment proceedings to begin for Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison. However, that proposal failed to pass. Republican Reps. Ben Davis of Merrifield and Mike Wiener of Long Prairie co-authored House Resolutions 6 and 7. The resolutions call for impeachment based on allegation of “corrupt conduct in office,” “failure to faithfully execute the law,” and “abuse of power,” particularly in connection with fraud in state programs. “We have an historic amount of fraud taking place in our state; historic actions are warranted,” stated Rep. Davis during the hearing. Democrats like Rep. Michael Howard of Richfield said the proposal was “hard to take seriously,” while Rep. Sydney Jordan of Minneapolis said it was a “distraction” and a “political circus.” “Have there been criminals and scamming businesses that have ripped off our government? Yes,” she said. “And are there absolute solutions to prevent that from happening in the future? Also yes. We could be working on those instead of doing this and listening to people just air grievances against Keith Ellison and Tim Walz.”
