'Campaign of organized brutality': Tim Walz urges Trump to pull ICE after second Minneapolis shooting
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz said on Saturday (January 24) the state would lead an investigation into the second fatal shooting in Minneapolis involving federal immigration agents. Walz, speaking at a press conference in Blaine, said he had watched video of the incident "from several angles" and called it "sickening." He urged Minnesotans to continue protesting peaceful, saying tensions could be inflamed, and accused federal officials of trying to "spin a narrative" before any investigation is completed. Walz called on President Donald Trump to withdraw ICE from Minnesota, saying federal agents were "sowing chaos and violence.”
