‘Trump is still you President, Musk is still a trillionaire’: Minaj in 1st reaction

Minaj issued a 15 point post on X, formerly Twitter, defending the Republicans. The very first point was seemingly aimed at Democrats, with Minaj reminding them that ‘Trump is still your president.’ She further wrote, “The Queen is still your obsession,” referring to her 2018 studio album ‘Queen’, and “Jesus is still lord”.

The rapper added, “great insight by the Vice President”. This followed Vice President, JD Vance blaming the Iran War for the Republican Party’s losses. He said, “The reason we lost is the war. The president said so himself last night,” adding “If you’d like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it , then do so”.

Referring to President Trump's comments about his power to veto, Nicki said, “I don’t vote, I Veto.” She further added, that “Christians are still being killed…Maybe now our people will wake up.”

Concluding her reaction, Minaj also included Elon Musk. She said, “Elon is still a trillionaire and you are still posting on his app…I am sure the shareholders appreciate the dialogue.”

Until the very day of the midterms, Nicki Minaj was seen supporting the GOP. She was seen in New Hampshire on election day outside a polling booth. She has been recently vocally showing her support for President Trump and toured with him to various locations during the midterms campaign. During a September interview with Fox News, Minaj urged young voters to “vote red”.

According to the New York Times, the Democrats are on track to secure at least a 50-seat majority in the house and also gain control of the Senate. The Associated Press has called 54 seats in the Senate and 240 seats in the House of Representatives for the Democrats. While in the Governor race, the Democrats have gained five seats to tally up to 28. They managed to flip several traditional red strongholds to blue, including Texas.
