NEW DELHI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi appealed to all those "who feel India is under attack" and those "who are fed up with Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and Gyanesh Kumar" to join the INDIA bloc's 'Save Democracy' rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan on November 1.
