    Pranav Constructions IPO investors are awaiting the share allotment update today. 

    Investors who subscribed to the Pranav Constructions IPO may get the much-awaited allotment update today. With the public issue receiving a massive 121-times subscription, attention has now shifted to the basis of allotment and the company’s upcoming stock-market debut.

    The Rs 351.03-crore Pranav Constructions IPO is expected to finalise its share allotment today. Once the allotment is announced, investors will be able to check online whether they have been allotted shares. The company’s stock is tentatively scheduled to list on both the BSE and NSE on September 15, 2026.

    Investor interest has also been boosted by the IPO’s grey market premium (GMP), which is currently around 32%. The premium suggests that the stock could potentially deliver a strong listing gain. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and can fluctuate before the shares begin trading.

    The IPO opened for subscription on September 7 and closed on September 9. It was subscribed 121 times overall. The retail portion was subscribed 43.33 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category saw 208.21 times subscription. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 258.71 times.

    The company had set the IPO price band at Rs 118–Rs 124 per share. The lot size was fixed at 120 shares, meaning retail investors applying at the upper end of the price band had to invest a minimum of Rs 14,880 for one lot.

    Centrum Capital Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. served as the registrar to the IPO.

    Ahead of the public issue, Pranav Constructions raised Rs 84.24 crore from anchor investors. According to the company’s stock exchange filing, it allotted 67,94,034 equity shares at Rs 124 per share to anchor investors. The anchor allocation highlights strong institutional interest in the company ahead of the IPO opening.

    Pranav Constructions IPO GMP Today

    The Pranav Constructions IPO GMP (Grey Market Premium) stands at Rs 40, indicating a 32% premium over the upper price band of Rs 124. Based on the current GMP, the estimated listing price is around Rs 164.

    IPO Objects of the Issue

    The company plans to utilise the IPO proceeds primarily towards funding redevelopment expenses, with Rs 145.72 crore allocated for government and statutory approvals, acquisition of additional FSI, and compensation to members for alternate accommodation and hardship related to select under-construction and upcoming redevelopment projects. A further Rs 91.50 crore will be used for repayment/pre-payment of certain borrowings, while the remaining proceeds will support the acquisition of future redevelopment projects and general corporate purposes. The total issue proceeds proposed to be utilised amount to Rs 237.22 crore.
