Dylan Sprouse tackles trespasser at his home
‘Suite Life of Zack and Cody’ star Dylan Sprouse leapt into action and tackled and held a man at gunpoint after he reportedly trespassed on the Los Angeles property the actor shares with wife Barbara Palvin. The actor brought the unidentified man to the ground as Palvin, 32, called 911 at around 12:30 a.m. local time on Friday (April 17, 2026), TMZ reported, citing sources.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Palvin reported a possible burglary and described the alleged intruder as a "creepy guy." Sprouse, 33, held the suspected trespasser down at gunpoint until police arrived. The suspect reportedly failed to enter the couple's 1920s Spanish-style home. No one sustained injuries in the incident.

TMZ reported, citing law enforcement sources, that both Sprouse and Palvin did not wish for the man to face trespassing charges. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) arrested the suspect for warrants. At the time of this report, cops had not released the suspect's identity.

The actor is OK but obviously very shaken up, the outlet reported. This is probably not the first time someone has tried to get into the couple's home uninvited.

    Video shows suspect getting cuffed

The video of the arrest was obtained by TMZ. Dylan and Barbara were not seen in the footage, but a suspect was apparently seen being handcuffed while wearing a dirt-covered Stamptown sweatshirt. The video also showed a skateboard propped up against the actor’s gate.

According to officers, Dylan had a gun, and at one point, he put it back in his holster and behind the front gate of his home, sources told the outlet.
