    Delhi’s EV plan: What gets banned, what gets cheaper, timeline inside

    Delhi has released its draft EV Policy 2026, proposing a major shift in how vehicles are bought and used in the capital. The plan suggests phasing out petrol two-wheelers by 2028, restricting ICE vehicles in fleets, and offering tax waivers and subsidies for EV buyers. But this is still a draft, open for public feedback for 30 days before final rollout.
